Production & Booking Policy
This is a Production & Booking Summary, please see the Spain Studio full terms of service Agreement before checking out. Prerequisites & Deliverables: The AI Character Starter Pack is a mandatory foundational prerequisite. Add-on modules-- The Studio Architect and The Digital Tailor cannot be built as standalone services. The monthly On-Demand Content Subscription delivers your character in a brand-new wardrobe and location configuration every thirty (30) days, driven by ongoing creative collaboration between the Client and Spain Studio. Cohort Management & Deadlines: By purchasing a service, you are locking in one (1) of five (5) exclusive weekly production kickoff slots that are launched every Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. This slot represents the start of the production week and does NOT require your attendance. To maintain strict quality, this slot acts as a digital placeholder to secure your position in that week's production queue. Slots will be allocated on a strict, first-come, first-served basis. Once your slot is locked in and your reference photos are uploaded, your asset pack will be delivered within seven (7) business days for your approval. All reference photos must be uploaded via our intake portal prior to your scheduled Monday production kickoff. Failure to submit acceptable reference photos on time may result in your project being rescheduled to the next available open production week. Image Submission: To calibrate your custom AI character engine, you must submit the minimum photo requirement requested and a maximum of ten (10) high-quality photographs via our secure intake portal. High-resolution smartphone photos are entirely acceptable, provided they are well-lit and clear. Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the immediate allocation of studio labor on Monday at 7:00 a.m. all bookings are final and non-refundable once payment is processed. Rescheduling: You may request to move your production slot to a future open week up to 72 hours before your scheduled Monday kickoff. Market Release & Data Security: By booking any service, Client grants Spain Company LLC and its subsidiaries a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to utilize onboarding reference photos and delivered renders for portfolio, case studies, and promotional marketing across all digital and print mediums. Outside of this release, your custom-trained model weights are strictly encrypted and will never be shared or sold.
