Production & Booking Policy

Discovery Call Requirement: Every virtual staging project commences with a mandatory Discovery Call. This session aligns the studio with the Client's spatial vision, target buyer demographics, priority room hierarchy, and aesthetic preferences. Deliverable Format & Proofing: All staged assets will initially be delivered as low-resolution, watermarked digital proofs for Client review. Final high-resolution, un-watermarked assets will be released via a secure digital portal immediately upon final payment clearance. Billing Standard: Services are billed at a flat rate of $150.00 per hour, logged in 15-minute increments. Billable time includes spatial analysis, digital asset curation, lighting calibration, rendering, and Client-requested revisions. Financial Caps: Upon request during or immediately following the Discovery Call, a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) budget cap may be established for the project. Upfront 50% Non-Refundable Retainer: Following the Discovery Call and initial project scope confirmation, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee (calculated against the agreed project cap or minimum fee) is required prior to the commencement of any digital production. Final Balance: The remaining project balance, reflecting actual hours logged or the remaining balance under an established cap, will be invoiced upon completion of proofing and is required prior to the release of high-resolution deliverables. Revisions: Time spent executing Client-requested revisions or style adjustments will be billed against the established project hours or capped budget at the standard $150.00/hour rate. Intellectual Property & Copyright Warranty: The Client explicitly represents and warrants that they are the legal copyright owner of all submitted photographs or have secured explicit, written commercial modification licenses from the original photographer. Client agrees to defend and hold Spain Company harmless against any third-party copyright claims. Truth-in-Advertising & Non-Deceptive Edits: Spain Company strictly adheres to real estate truth-in-advertising principles. The studio will not execute requests to digitally conceal material property defects, structural damage, water marks, or adverse environmental factors. Required Notice: Client agrees to display appropriate public disclosures (e.g., "Virtually Staged") on all public MLS and other platforms.
