Cancellation Policy

Cohort Management & Deadlines: By purchasing this service, you are locking in one of only five exclusive weekly production slots. All reference photos must be uploaded via our intake portal at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Monday cohort kickoff. Failure to submit acceptable reference photos on time may result in your project being rescheduled to the next available open production week. Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the immediate allocation of studio labor, secure machine-learning model configuration, and strict weekly caps, all bookings are final and non-refundable once payment is processed. Rescheduling: You may request to move your production slot to a future open week up to 72 hours before your scheduled Monday kickoff. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of kickoff will incur a $100 re-booking fee. Likeness Security: Spain Studios guarantees that all submitted photos and trained AI weights are fully encrypted. Your data will never be shared, sold, or utilized for any purpose outside of delivering your authorized asset package.
